The Perfect Princess Academy is a high maintance academy for those who believe they are princess material. I asked the principle, daryagirl, a few questions.
1. What made you come up with the academy?
2. How high quality is your academy?
3. What qualities make up a perfect princess in your academy?
4. Do you accept just anyone into your academy?
5. What exactly do you learn in the academy?
daryagirl answered, "1. I always wanted to make a school on Animal Crossing:Wild World. I read this book called Princess Academy by Shannon Hale. It was a really good book and I decided to make a school like that but with a few changes. It isn't as strict and you don't marry a prince that chooses you in the end.
2. It is a really high quality school. The teachers have nice manners and know how to walk perfectly and so do I. Hopefully the students will learn how to be like that.
3. They must have really nice manners, walk straight, NO RUNNING! They also have to dress well. Those are actually what we learn in our classes.
4. No. Only 3 people are accepted and we already accepted one person. They have to take an interview and have an audition. It is mostly based on their audition and their 100 word essay.
5. You learn how to dress like a princess, talk like a princess, walk like a princess and you also learn the history of princesses."

Free Furniture
Sometimes when you go to the Town Hall, the recycling box may have furniture that you need. The lost and found at the Main Gate also may have free items. Talk to Booker, the dog on the left, to get to the lost and found.
Easy Money
Go to the bank and access your account. Save all the money you have into the account. Save the game and turn off the DS. Change the date to ten years later and your money will go up, depending on how much is in there. It usually goes up 99,999 Bells.
Change the system date to January 1st to get mail from your Mom with 10,000 Bells.
At 12:30 on any day, walk along the beach shore and look for fruit. Any fruit you find along the shore will be worth 500 Bells. Additionally, keep hitting rocks with an axe or shovel until finding a special one that gives a bag of Bells. Keep hitting the rocks until the bags stop to appears. Note: This only happens once per day.
Dig up fossils in your town. Have Blathers check them, then sell them to Tom Nook. Many are worth up to 2,000 Bells.
Use the Golden Shovel to bury money. It may grow into a tree that will grow Bells, depending on how much money was buried.
Take your Golden Shovel and dig in random spots. Eventually you will dig up 100 Bells.
Go to an online friend's town and pick their fruit and plant it in your town to make more money from the fruit when it grows.
Changing Time
If you change the system time to certain extremes you will be punished by nature. When you resume your game, there will be hundreds of weeds everywhere which will take a long time to clear. The only upside is that you may find a four leaf clover.

Seeding
Seeding is when someone who visits your town "seeds" it by placing a hack on it. Seeding can ruin your game and is very annoying. Many people have started groups on ACC to help stop seeding and help those who have been seeded. Ways to be sure you won't be seeded is to only allow people into your town whom you know you can trust. Trust meaning you've talked to them for awhile, they have a good reputation and/or you know them personally. If you know anyone who is a seeder and has been seeding people on ACC, try contacting the ACC staff about that person. Remember to be very careful when holding open parties, be sure to check a person's ratings before giving them your friend code and never publicly announce your friend code.
