Why haven't I received my account confirmation email?

We don't know. It could be that it was swallowed by the internet. It could also be sitting in your junk mail folder. Some of you have service providers that protect you from spam by making senders verify themselves. If you've checked those places and you still can't find it, just send an email to customer service and we'll take care of you.


Are my newsletters public? Who can see them?

Newsletters are always private by default. You can "publish" a newsletter to be given a URL for it. But even that URL isn't public. Only the people you send it to will ever know what it is. However, iIf you publish your newsletter AND make it public, then it will be listed on your profile page for all the world to see. You can manage your newsletters from the Newsletters sections of your Account.


What types of images can I upload?

You can upload images in JPG, GIF, or PNG format. We recommend JPG since that's probably what your digital camera is already saving anyway. Images can be up to 10 megabytes in file size with any dimensions.



How do I remove a picture from a template and add a new one?

You can add pictures to a template by dragging a picture you have uploaded onto a picture frame (spots marked "Drag and drop photo here"). If you want to replace the photo, just drag another photo onto the same spot.


How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by going to the "My Account" at the top right, then clicking "My Account" in the left administration menu, where a link appears at the bottom right. We do not refund the current cycle, but will end the subscription on future billing cycles. You must cancel your paypal subscription from within your paypal account in order to terminate your subscription.

How do I email my finished newsletter to people?

  1. Go to your Address Book by clicking My Account and then Address Book. Use the Quick Add link to add some contacts.
  2. Click the checkbox next to each contact you want to add to a mailing list then click the green "add" button (looks like a plus sign) beneath your contact list.
  3. A new contact list is created on the right side of the page. Name it and save it.
  4. Now you can send newsletters to those contacts simply by clicking the envelope icon next to the contact list name. (Or by clicking the envelope icon next to a newsletter or by clicking Email on the newsletter design page.)
